Water on the floor at the base
Failed pan collar (wax) between the pan and the soil pipe. Urgent — the sub-floor and surrounding timber are absorbing waste water.
Wobbly or rocking pan
Loose floor flange or failed pan collar. Walking on it makes the leak worse — book a same-week fix.
Gurgling when you flush
Partial blockage downstream in the soil line. Often clears with proper jetting; sometimes points to a wider drain issue.

If you've replaced internals twice in a year, the pan is at end of life. We'll quote both — repair and replacement — and let you choose.
